HOPE HANDS

From Awareness to Action
Students Building an Inclusive World.

“Hope Hands believe in building inclusive communities through shared experiences, technological innovation, and mutual respect.”

01 Approach

We're not volunteers. We're partners.

Moving beyond temporary volunteer hours toward genuine person-to-person (P2P) partnerships that create lasting relationships between students and the disability community. We believe inclusion is built through consistent collaboration and shared experiences, working together to create a barrier-free society where everyone belongs.

OUR JOURNEY

01
01

Awareness

Our process started as an Instagram campaign posting educational content on accessibility and various disabilities

02

First Contact

Reached out directly to the Geomdan Oullim Disability Welfare Center (formerly Incheon Seogu Disability Welfare Center) to learn and understand real community needs on the ground.

03

Partnership Plan

Developed our signature P2P Partnership Plan, shifting the paradigm away from superficial volunteer hours toward equal and recurring peer relationships.

04

Becoming Youth Supporters

Formalized our role as the First official Youth Supporters for the welfarecenter, co-hosting interactive workshops, joint showcases, and community events alongside the center participants.

05

Scaling the Model

Packaged our research, cold email templates, and event blueprints into an open-source toolkit to help high school advocates nationwide replicate the model in their own communities.
